One of the most “Taboo” subjects that we are still trying to break the Stigma around is – Intimacy & Sexual Wellness.
What does this mean to you? Intimacy is the closeness, the feeling and emotional openness between two people. Let’s chat about Intimacy between you and your partner. Do you feel that it has kind of dwindled, the spark is slowly fading and the once “butterfly” feeling is now that of a moth, that isn’t even moving.

It happens, we all go through this, but it’s important to acknowledge and move forward with tips you can implement to take your relationship back to a level of excitement and fun. We know how it felt in the beginning when we dressed up and put on that wow outfit with that sexy perfume. We were excited to go on date nights, enjoyed holding hands and those long kisses, how amazing was those hahahaha.

But then kids come into the picture or you get that promotion, time is not on your side anymore and the excuses start pouring in. You look again and as a couple you don’t have any time to spend together and with all the different duties you have, being “mother nature” to all a lot of the time, your relationship takes a back seat.

Well before it gets to a stage of the scary D word, let’s rekindle, revamp, and put back the spark and effort so we can feel the fun and excitement again.
My tips would be :
• Make Date Night Happen again, even if you have to schedule it, because we usually make sure it happens if it’s planned. Then take out those sexy outfits and perfume that makes you feel incredible and remember this all starts with YOU first, once you are feeling amazing and confident, you know the rest will follow.
• Take time to also celebrate the wins with eachother, enjoy a glass of bubbly in the bathtub or have a picnic outside.
• Touch is important so add some massage items to reconnect as a couple.
• Communication is key in a relationship, so make sure you are asking questions, about intimacy too, what you like and what you don’t like, what is something you would like to try.

When it comes to sexual wellness and age, there are topics that will pop up like Low Libido, Vaginal Dryness and a few other too. This needs to be spoken about and addressed as we have the most amazing products to assist with this. It really does not have to be an embarrassing situation, as this is part of wellness and should be normalised.
